  1. I must receive the full payment in USD($) via paypal before I start working.
  2. If there is a deadline in a week or less, you could be charged an extra rush fee.
  3. This commission is for personal use only, no commercial use allowed.

  4. I hold the rights over my commissions. (e.g. to post in my galleries, use for publicity, prints, graphics, and merchandise etc.)

    • I reserve the right to record the creation of the artwork.

    • I reserve the right to decline or discontinue a commission at any time.

  5. Commissions are generally non refundable.

    • The buyer can refund the commission if I haven't started working within the first week.

    • If I discontinue the commission at any time, the buyer will be refunded.

  6. The buyer may share the image as long as it's linked back to me.
  7. By commissioning me, you agree to these terms and conditions.
